By clicking on My Account and then on your order number, you can check the shipment date, whether estimated or completed.

Delivery times: from the date the order is registered, delivery times are 10 working days for production, and 3 to 5 days for shipping, except for the 72-hour range (3 days of production).

Therefore, items not delivered, cancelled or unavailable will not be charged to you.

Shipping costs are only charged once.
